We realised that some of you are not able to receive our email replies lately (especially for hotmail users). To minimize such incidents, please add us in your email contact list (address book) and check your bulk folder to ensure that we are not in your spam mail. We also encourage you to give us your contact no. so that we can sms/call you whenever needed. We sincerely apologise to those who apparently fail to receive our email... We been trying to reach some of you but to no avail. Please understand that this is beyond our control. We will do our best to reach you.
