• Our items are usually limited to one piece per design. Sales will be on a first-come-first-served basis upon order confirmation.

• Colour of items may appear slightly different due to different computer resolutions.

• All measurements are estimation.

• All unpaid items within 3 days upon order confirmation will be returned to Especial showcase for sale.

• All sales are final and goods sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

• We will not accept cancellations once orders are confirmed.

• Especial reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.
