Payment & Delivery

• We will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your order.

• Full payment must be made via internet banking or atm fund transfer to our POSB Current Account before your order is processed.

• All prior payment to be received within 3 days upon order confirmation. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

• All prices are exclusive of packaging and postage fees.

• Please add a standard local delivery charge of S$1.00 (for normal mail) or S$3.00 (for registered mail) to every order not exceeding 100 grams in weight in a single envelope. Otherwise, additional charges may apply. This will be advised through email.

• We will not be liable for any item lost/damaged in the mail.

• Hence, we strongly recommend our customers to opt for registered mail in order to minimize the possibility of loss and damage.

• We will not be responsible for SingPost delivery time.

• Unless otherwise specified, all items will be properly packed and mailed to you within 3 working days upon receipt of your full payment.

• Overseas sales are currently not available. However, we would like to hear from you and try to work things out if you are really keen in our products. Please contact us via email.
